摘  要:创意产业与信息技术的迅猛发展,对设计学类专业学生提出了更高的要求。文章瞄准市场对设计人才的需求定位,着眼创新型高素质应用型人才的培养目标,提出教学模块“通识教育+个性培养”双融合、教学手段“线上网络+线下实体”双组合、教学方法“项目驱动+竞赛主导”双结合、教学场域“课内指导+课外拓展”双覆盖、教学评价“学校主导+企业参与”双主体,构建设计学类专业“多元混合式”教学模式,解决学生实践能力与市场需求脱节、创新能力与信息时代需求贴合度不高、自主学习及主动探索动力不足三大主要问题。以长沙师范学院工艺美术专业为改革示范点,取得了良好的教学改革效果。The rapid development of creative industry and information technology puts forward higher requirements for students majoring in design.Aiming at the market demand for design talents and the training goal of innovative and high-quality applied talents,this paper puts forward the dual integration of teaching modules"general education+personality training",the dual combination of teaching means"online network+offline entity",the dual combination of teaching methods"project driven+competition led",the dual coverage of"in class guidance+extracurricular expansion"in the teaching field,and the dual subjects of teaching evaluation"school led+enterprise participation",Build a"diversified and mixed"teaching mode for design majors to solve the three main problems:the disconnection between students'practical ability and market demand,the low fit between innovation ability and the needs of the information age,and the lack of motivation for independent learning and active exploration.Taking the arts and crafts major of Changsha Normal University as the reform demonstration point,good teaching reform results have been achieved.
