摘　　要：生产系统的有效性取决于技术与技能的适配性。人类生产系统已经从第一次工业革命以来的泰勒制发展到了新工业革命的温特制,如何顺应这一变革趋势,应对智能生产系统对技能人才的新需求,是职业教育研究亟需关注的问题。在分析生产系统变革对职业教育人才培养提出新挑战的基础上,建议从开展预测增强专业规划与调整的科学性,增强参与对接劳动力市场的技能需求,积极融入构建紧密高效的校企共同体等方面加以应对。The effectiveness of the production system depends on the dynamic adaptation of technologi-cal progress and human skills.The production system has developed from the taylor system since the first industrial revolution to the wente system of the new industrial revolution.How to adapt to this trend of change and respond to the new demand of intelligent production systems for skilled personnel is an urgent problem for vocational education personnel training research.On the basis of analyzing the new challenges to vocational education talent cultivation posed by the reform of the production system,it is suggested to carry out prediction to enhance the scientificity of professional planning and adjustment,enhance the skill demand of participating in the labor market,and actively integrate into the construction of a close and efficient school-enterprise community.
