摘  要:餐饮酒水消费日趋理性,高端烈酒与葡萄酒消费市场也未来可期。如今,“理性化”这一概念正逐渐成为主导中国餐饮酒水消费的主流观念,“喝少但是要喝好”的消费理念,也推动着高端烈酒与葡萄酒的消费增长。According to a report,food and beverage consumption is becoming increasingly rational.In previous years,buzzwords such as"ambience","affordability"and"good looks"were all very popular.Nowadays,the concept of"rationalisation"is becoming the dominant concept in China's food and beverage consumption.The consumer philosophy of"drink less but drink better has also pushed the liquor industry towards a high quality transformation.
