摘  要:师资队伍建设是教师专业化发展与实现高质量职业教育的保障。“中文+职业技能”教育发展态势向好,但保障其发展的双师型教师人才培养模式亟待革新。当前社会背景下,要促进“中文+职业技能”双师型教师人才内涵式发展,就必须深化产教融合。职业院校要与企业深度合作,共同育师,协同打造高品质双师型教师人才培养新模式。本文从产教融合视角出发,明晰了“中文+职业技能”双师型教师的内涵及特征。又基于其发展现况,深入剖析了其尚存不足之处。最后通过多重路径的构建,以期为“中文+职业技能”双师型教师人才的培养提供一个可借鉴范例。The construction of teaching staff is the guarantee for the professional development of teachers and the realization of high quality vocational education.The development trend of"Chinese+vocational skills"education is doing rather well,but the training models of double-qualified teachers to guarantee its development need to be better reformed.Under the current social background,in order to promote the conjunctive development of"Chinese+vocational skills"double-qualified teachers,it is necessary to deepen the integration of industry and education.Vocational colleges should cooperate deeply with enterprises to jointly train teachers and build new high-quality models for double-qualified teachers’training.From the perspective of the integration of industry and education,first and foremost,this paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of"Chinese+vocational skills"double-qualified teachers.Then based on the current situation of its development,the paper analyzes the existing problems in depth.Last but not least,multiple paths are proposed,which is expected to provide a reference example for the training of"Chinese+vocational skills"double-qualified teachers.
