论新生代乡村教师高质量成长的路径:场域的视角

摘  要:基于乡村振兴战略背景,新生代乡村教师的比例在乡村教师队伍中逐年扩大,已成为教师队伍的中坚力量,对我国乡村教育的发展发挥着重要作用。促进新生代乡村教师成长有利于提高乡村教育质量,促进乡村地区均衡发展,落实乡村振兴战略。文章从布迪厄成长场域的视角探析新生代乡村教师当下面临场域地位低下、资本存量不足、认知惯习被动的生存困境,针对新生代乡村教师成长的家庭场域、学校场域、社会场域,从优化场域结构、增加资本存量、形塑良好惯习三个方面思考促进新生代乡村教师成长的有效路径。Based on the strategic background of rural revitalization,the new generation of rural teachers in the proportion of rural teachers has expanded year by year,who has become the backbone of teachers,playing an important role in the development of rural education in China.Promoting the growth of the new generation of rural teachers is conducive to improving the quality of rural education,promoting the balanced development of rural areas,and implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the perspective of the growth field,this article explores the survival dilemma of the new generation of rural teachers,which are low status,insufficient capital stock and passive cognitive habit.This article reflects on promoting the effective path of the new generation of rural teachers growth by optimizing the field structure,increasing capital stock and shaping good habit aiming at the new generation of rural teachers’growth family field,school field and social field.
