知识管理视角下的“训后”复盘探析

摘　　要：教研工作具有专业性、集体知识有能量、分享知识才有价值。知识管理理念为提高参训者“训后”交流效果提供了新的视角。训后“复盘”是一种比较理想的知识管理方式,能够让参训者结合所学内容,直面教育教学工作存在的现实问题,用目标驱动学习,是一种比较理想的参训者训后交流方式,能有效避免参训者训后交流过程中存在的问题。Teaching and research work is professional.Collective knowledge has energy,and sharing knowledge is valuable.The concept of knowledge management provides a new perspective for improving the"post-training"communication effect of participants.Post-training"retrospection"is an ideal way of knowledge management,which can enable participants to face the practical problems existing in education and teaching in combination with what they have learned,and use goal-driven learning.It is an ideal way of post-training communication for participants,effectively avoiding problems existing in the communication process of participants after training.
