摘  要:针对高校计算机类课程课堂进度难以统一的现实问题,在调研的基础上分析大学生的个性化需求,分析开展动态分层教学的信息化助力环境。梳理动态分层教学的指导思想,开发分层教学网络平台。通过行动研究法反复实践,提出动态分层教学的基本策略:教学目标分层、教学内容分层、实验作业分层、开展分层辅导和实施分层评价。分析三轮行动研究的过程和结果,以期为高校实践教学改革提供借鉴。实验研究结果表明:基于网络教学平台的动态分层教学切实提高课堂教学效率,满足学生的个性化需求,有效调动学生的学习积极性。In response to the difficult real-world problem of unifying the curriculum of computer courses in colleges and universities,in this paper,the individualized demands of college and university students were analyzed based on research results,and the informatization supportive environment for conducting the dynamic tiered teaching.The guiding principles of dynamic tiered teaching were introduced through the literature research method,while a tiered teaching network platform was developed and practiced repeatedly through the action research method.At the same time,the basic strategies of dynamic tiered teaching were proposed,including tiered teaching objectives,tiered teaching contents,tiered experimental assignments,tiered tutoring,and tiered evaluation.The processes and outcomes of the three rounds of action research were analyzed to provide lessons for the reform of practical education in colleges and universities,and the results of the experimental research shows that dynamic tiered teaching based on the network teaching platform improved effectively the classroom teaching efficiency,met students'individualized demands,and motivated effectively the students'enthusiasm for learning.
