双高计划视域下高水平产教融合的职业教育创新发展路径探究

摘　　要：职业教育是国家多层次教育发展体系中,与劳动力市场需求对接最为紧密的部分。产教融合、校企合作是办好职业教育的关键所在。但是长期以来,产教融而不合、校企合作不深不实一直是职业教育的痛点、堵点。该文基于芜湖职业技术学院在“双高计划”建设过程中的一次探索,以芜湖职业技术学院-芜湖耿福兴餐饮管理有限公司高水平产教融合实训基地建设为例,尝试解析优质高职院校高水平产教融合机制建立的创新模式,为职业教育高质量创新发展提供参考。Vocational education is the part that is most closely connected with the needs of the labor market in the national multi-level education development system.The integration of industry and education and the cooperation between universities and enterprises are the keys to running vocational education well.However,for a long time,the lack of close integration of industry and education and the lack of the in-depth cooperation between universities and enterprises have always been the pain points and blocking points of vocational education.Based on an exploration of Wuhu Institute of Technology during the construction of the"double high-level plan",taking the construction of the high-level industry-education integration training base of Wuhu Gengfuxing Catering Management Co.Ltd.of Wuhu Institute of Technology as an example,this paper tries to analyze the innovative model of establishing the high-level industry-education integration mechanism of high-quality vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for the high-quality innovative development of vocational education.
