摘　　要：新疆高校研究生辅导员是研究生教育管理服务的组织者、参与者,是该地区高校研究生立德树人的主要力量。该文从新疆高校研究生辅导员素质能力研究的重大意义出发,探析出辅导员素质能力提升面临的困境,最终制定出切实可行的研究生辅导员素质能力提升策略,以期为高校学生成长成才和辅导员专业化、职业化建设提供理论基础。The postgraduate counselors of colleges and universities in Xinjiang are the organizers and participants of postgraduate education management services,and they are the main force for postgraduate students in the region to cultivate morality.Starting from the significance of the research on the quality and ability of college counselors in Xinjiang,this paper analyzed the difficulties in the improvement of the quality and ability of college counselors.The study finally developed feasible strategies for improving the quality and ability of graduate counselors,in order to help college students grow into talents and professionalize counselors,professional construction to provide theoretical basis.
