摘 要:目的 探索移动互联网背景下线上线下融合(OMO)的智慧教学模式在临床医学内科学教学中的应用。方法 纳入2020年9月—2021年1月在西安交通大学第一附属医院进行内科学课程学习的学生187人,分为OMO+雨课堂智慧教学组、雨课堂教学组和讲授式教学组。OMO+雨课堂智慧教学组实施线下雨课堂融合线上学习资源无缝共享的智慧教学,雨课堂教学组实施线下雨课堂智慧教学,讲授式教学组实施传统讲授式教学。教学成果评价包括理论测试、病例分析测试和自我评价调查问卷评分。结果 实施相应的教学方法完成内科学教学后,OMO+雨课堂智慧教学组学生的理论测试成绩、临床病例分析成绩及自我评价调查问卷评分[分别为(86.3±3.46)、(89.7±4.12)、(91.0±5.73)]均高于雨课堂教学组[分别为(79.3±4.64)、(80.6±3.51)、(72.6±5.93)]和讲授式教学组[分别为(77.9±5.24)、(79.4±3.49)、(68.6±6.46)],差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论 OMO智慧教学模式可提高内科学课程的教学质量,符合当代医学生的价值理念,将成为一种新的教学样态并主导未来医学教育的发展趋势。Objective To explore the application of online merge offline(OMO)intelligent teaching mode in Internal Medicine teaching under the background of mobile Internet.Methods A total of 187 students who took Internal Medicine courses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from September 2020 to January 2021 were included and divided into OMO intelligent teaching combined with Rain Classroom group,Rain Classroom teaching group and lecture-based learning group.Intelligent teaching with Offline Rain Classroom integrated with seamless sharing of online learning resources was given to OMO intelligent teaching combined with Rain Classroom group,offline Rain Classroom intelligent teaching was adopted to the Rain Classroom teaching group,and traditional lecturing teaching was conducted to the teaching of the lecture-based teaching group.The evaluation of teaching achievement included theoretical exam,case analysis test and scores of self-evaluation questionnaire survey.Results After implementing corresponding teaching methods and completing Internal Medicine teaching,the scores of theoretical exam,case analysis test and scores of self-evaluation questionnaire survey of the students in the OMO intelligent teaching combined with Rain Classroom group were 86.3±3.46,89.7±4.12 and 91.0±5.73 respectively,higher than those of the Rain Classroom teaching group(79.3±4.64,80.6±3.51 and 72.6±5.93 respectively)and the lecture-based learning group(77.9±5.24,79.4±3.49 and 68.6±6.46,respectively),and the differences were ststistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion OMO intelligent teaching mode can improve the teaching quality of Internal Medicine courses,which is in line with the value concept of contemporary medical students,and will become a new teaching mode and dominate the development trend of medical education in the future.
