摘 要:基础教育数字资源共建共享一直是教育信息化发展过程中的关键。将数字教育资源共建共享视为一个发展性系统,以天津市基础教育为例,通过访谈参与数字资源共建共享的管理者和使用者,运用质性研究方法探索数字教育资源共建共享的影响因素。研究发现,基础教育数字资源共建共享受到资源供给、资源应用、资源推广和用户反馈4个维度中不同因素的影响。基于研究发现,提出数字化转型背景下数字资源共建共享发展的对策建议有:创新资源建设模式,提升数字资源质量;探索资源众包的集聚方式,优化数字资源共享机制;构建资源动态评估机制,提升数字资源应用的适切性;加强资源平台推广力度,提升师生数字资源应用能力;构建教育大资源服务体系,推进优质数字资源建设。The co-construction and sharing of digital resources in basic education has always been the key to the development of education informatization.Considering the co-construction and sharing of digital educational resources as a developmental system,taking basic education in Tianjin as an example,through interviews with managers and users of co-construction and sharing of digital resources,and using qualitative research methods to explore the impact of co-construction and sharing of digital educational resources factor.The study found that the co-construction and sharing of digital resources in basic education is affected by different factors in four dimensions:resource supply,resource application,resource promotion and user's feedback.Based on the research findings,the countermeasures and suggestions for the co-construction and shared development of digital resources under the background of digital transformation are put forward:innovate the resource construction model and improve the quality of digital resources;explore ways to gather resources crowdsourcing and optimize digital resource sharing mechanism;build a dynamic resource assessment mechanism to improve the applicability of digital resource applications;strengthen the promotion of resource platforms,improve the ability of teachers and students to apply digital resources;build a large educational resource service system,and promote the construction of high-quality digital resources.
