摘 要:药学硕士专业学位教育通过模块化和项目化课程设置,使学生建立药学专业知识体系并具备应用的能力。药代动力学学科的基础知识构成具有特殊性且学科的应用性较强。文章介绍以“三明治”教学方法为基础药代动力学教学方案,突出血浆药物浓度-时间曲线为核心的知识讲解,并通过经典案例训练学生解决问题的能力及针对性学习相关知识。该教学方法的优点是可以使学生快速有效地学习药代动力学中最常用到的知识和方法,提高学生的学习积极性。多数研究生在完成该教学模块学习后具备正确理解药物的药代动力学性质及一定的药代动力学实验的设计能力。这种教学设计也是对药学硕士专业学位教育模块化课程设置的有益探索。The modular and project-based curriculum is designed for the program of professional master degree of pharmacy so that the master degree candidates can establish pharmaceutical knowledge system and develop their application ability.The course of pharmacokinetics features special composition of the basic knowledge and strong applicability.The author adopted sandwich method of teaching in which the plasma drug concentration-time curve was highlighted and classic cases were used to illustrate relevant knowledge points and improve the problem-solving ability in the postgraduates.This teaching method enables students to acquire the most commonly used knowledge and methods of pharmacokinetics quickly and effectively,and the students’learning enthusiasm can also be improved.Postgraduate students could understand the pharmacokinetic properties of drugs and design pharmacokinetic experiments after finishing learning tasks.This teaching design is a beneficial exploration on the modular curriculum for the programs of professional master degree of pharmacy.
