摘  要:目的:探讨CBL教学法在老年心血管病学临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取内蒙古民族大学附属医院心血管内科见习的医学本科生60人,采用数字排序法,奇数为对照组,偶数为观察组,对照组采用常规传统教学法(n=30),观察组采用CBL教学法(n=30)。在教学结束时,比较两组学生的理论实践合格率、临床实践和病例考试分数以及两组学生针对教学方法满意度调查情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组学生的理论考试合格率、临床实践和病例考试分数均显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组学生对教学模式的满意度也显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:CBL教学法能显著提高老年心血管病学的临床教学效果并增加学生满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the clin⁃ical practice teaching of Geriatric Cardiovasology.Methods:Sixty medical undergraduates as interns in the Car⁃diovascular Department,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University were selected.The number sort⁃ing method was adopted,students with odd numbers as the control group(n=30)and even numbers as the obser⁃vation group(n=30).The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,the observation group adopted the CBL teaching method.At the end of teaching,the passing rate of theory and practice,clinical practice and case test scores of the two groups of students,and the survey situation of students’satisfaction with teaching methods of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the passing rate of theory examination,clinical practice and case test scores of students in the observation group were significantly in⁃creased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction degree of students in the observation group was also significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL teaching method can significantly improve the clini⁃cal teaching effect of Geriatric Cardiovasology and increase students’satisfaction.
