摘　　要：翻译质量评估作为翻译研究不可或缺的一环,对提高翻译质量、推动译学发展具有重要意义。《评价评估者:翻译质量评估新视角》综合了翻译学和哲学视角,探讨诸如显性翻译和隐性翻译、个人主观性、影响翻译质量评估的因素等问题,并结合辩证结构理论发展了以论辩为基础的新质评方法,具有思辨性、开放性以及实操性。本文首先介绍该书的主要内容,然后简评其写作特点、学术贡献及不足之处,希冀为国内的翻译质量评估研究带来新思路。As an indispensable part of translation studies,translation quality assessment( TQA) plays an important role in improving translation quality and promoting the development of this discipline. Evaluating the Evaluator: A Novel Perspective on Translation Quality Assessment explores such issues as overt/covert translation,individual subjectivity,and factors affecting TQA from the perspective of translation studies and philosophy. Based on the dialectical structure theory,a new TQA approach is developed,which is speculative,open and practical. This essay first gives a brief account of the main idea of the book,and then briefly reviews its features,academic contributions and shortcomings,in the hope of shedding some light on domestic TQA development.
