摘　　要：碳水化合物是动物获取能量和构成机体组织的重要物质,它还有调节脂肪和蛋白质代谢、改善肠道健康等多种作用。肠道是动物的重要消化器官,健康的肠道对于动物健康生长具有非常重要的意义。碳水化合物对动物肠道健康的影响主要包括改变肠道菌群组成和肠道结构、促进矿物质吸收以及增强免疫力等,不同碳水化合物的作用效果不同。为了加深理解碳水化合物对肠道健康的调控作用,基于相关研究,文章分别从单糖、低聚糖和多糖等方面综述了碳水化合物对不同动物肠道健康的调控作用,旨在为动物健康成长的营养调控提供理论指导。Carbohydrates are indispensable nutrients for animals.They are important for animals to ob⁃tain energy and form body tissues.Carbohydrates can also regulate the metabolism of fat and pro⁃tein and improve the health of animal intestine.Intestine is an important digestive organ of ani⁃mals.Healthy intestines are of great significance for promoting the growth of animals and reducing the occurrence of diseases.The effects of carbohydrates on animal intestinal health mainly include chang⁃ing intestinal flora composition and intestinal structure,promoting mineral absorption and enhancing im⁃munity.Different carbohydrates have different effects.In order to better understand the regulation of car⁃bohydrates on intestinal health,this paper reviewed the regulation of carbohydrates on animal intestinal health in terms of monosaccharide,oligosaccharide and polysaccharide.This review will provide refer⁃ence for the nutrition regulation of animal health.
