基于“人格要正”的高职思政课教师人格素养修为过程探析

摘  要:基于“人格要正”的要求,高职思政课教师需要时刻重视人格素养修为;通过分析这一人格素养修为过程,厘清由“人格认知”经“人格情感”到“人格意志”再到“人格行为”的内在机理,认为高职思政课教师人格素养修为走向高尚人格品位的逻辑进路,在于加强人格认知教育、注重人格情感养成、积极锤炼人格意志和坚持不懈锻炼人格行为。Based on the requirement of"correct personality",teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges should always pay attention to the cultivation of personality quality;By analyzing the process of the cultivation of personality accomplishment and clarifying the internal mechanism from"personality cognition"to"personality emotion"to"personality will"and then to"personality behavior",the author holds that the cultivation of personality accomplishment of teachers of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is the logical path towards noble personality grade.It is to strengthen personality cognitive education,pay attention to personality emotion cultivation,actively temper personality will and persistently exercise personality behavior.
