摘  要:针对课程思政建设中存在的共性问题,华南理工大学化工专业提出以党建为引领,强化政治铸魂,提高教师的课程思政建设能力。在此过程中,专业建设了基于OBE理念的课程思政教学目标和教学示范团队,建立课程思政建设成效评价和激励机制,努力实现全方位协同育人,着力培养“三创型”化工人才。这种以课程思政建设为抓手的教学探索取得了丰硕的成果,提高了学生的综合素质,并产生了较好的社会影响。In view of the common problems in the curriculum ideology and politics construction,the chemical engineering major of South China University of Technology proposed to take the party building as the guide,strengthen the political casting soul,and improve teachers'ability in the curriculum ideology and politics consturction.The major also organized the construction of the curriculum ideology and politics standards based on the OBE concept and the demonstration team,established the evaluation and incentive mechanism for the effectiveness of the curriculum ideology and politics construction,and strove to cultivate"three innovative"chemical talents in an all-round way.In recent years,taking the curriculum ideology and politics construction as the starting point,the chemical engineering major has achieved fruitful construction results,improved the comprehensive quality of students,and gained greater social influence.
