摘  要:根据敌方雷达不同的工作状态进行威胁等级的评估,以干扰对象和干扰样式为基础建立模型,由模型采用不同的智能算法进行集群协同干扰资源的分配。针对传统粒子群算法搜索范围小并且易陷入局部最优解等问题,提出一种改进的粒子群算法用于集群协同干扰资源的分配。通过将NSGA-II算法中基于实数编码的多项式变异算子引入种群的更新迭代中,提高种群中个体的多样性,扩大了种群的搜索范围;通过动态学习因子,调整算法在不同阶段对个体极值和全局最优值的侧重,从而降低了算法陷入局部最优解的概率。仿真结果表明,改进的粒子群算法提高了算法的收敛速度和寻优概率,并且具有优异的性能,在一定程度上解决了集群协同干扰资源分配问题。The threat level of enemy radar can be evaluated according to its different working states,and a model established based on the interference object and pattern is used for allocating the cluster cooperative interference resources through different intelligent algorithms.Aiming at the problems that the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm has a small search range and is easy to fall into the local optimal solution,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed for the allocation of cluster cooperative interference resources.By introducing the polynomial mutation operator based on real number coding in the NSGA-II algorithm into the update iteration of the population,the diversity of individuals in the population is improved and the search range of the population is expanded.Through the dynamic learning factor,the algorithm is adjusted to the individual extreme value or the global optimal value at different stages,thereby reducing the probability of the algorithm falling into the local optimal solution.The simulation results show that the improved particle swarm optimization with good performance can improve the convergence speed and optimization probability of the algorithm,and solve the problem of swarm cooperative interference resource allocation to a certain extent.
