摘 要:“好教师”已成为当下社会对教师的渴求和期望,也被视为推动教育变革和实现教育高质量发展的重要力量。通过对168份某地方师范大学零零后师范生的教育自传展开分析发现,零零后师范生从对待教育事业、处理师生关系和教师自我修为三个关键维度阐释了“好教师”共有的九项卓越特质。“好教师”的卓越特质对零零后师范生在确立从教信念、涵养学生立场和定位“好教师”的实际角色等方面产生影响力,使得零零后师范生从“好教师”的具体教育行动中获得专业成长的精神启迪,并主动追求实现自身的卓越。The“good teacher”has become the desire and expectation for teachers in current society,and is regarded as an important force to promote educational reform and achieve high-quality education development.Through an analysis of 168 educational autobiographies of post-00s normal college students in a local normal university,it is found in the study that post-00s normal students have explained nine outstanding characteristics of“good teachers”from three key dimensions:the attitude towards the education career,the handling of the teacher-student relationship and teachers’self-cultivation.The outstanding characteristics of“good teachers”are often derived from the handling of key events in daily educational activities,which affects the post-00s normal university students’belief in teaching,the establishment of students’stance and the positioning of teachers’actual role and function.The post-00s normal college university students can also obtain the spiritual enlightenment of professional growth and benefit for life from the specific educational actions of“good teachers”.
