摘  要:“岗课赛证”融通课程体系构建是实现职业教育高质量发展的重要微观抓手,具有消除人才供需矛盾和提高人才培养质量的现实意义。通过以现代物流管理专业为切入点,探讨了“岗课赛证”四融课程体系的必要性分析,厘清了“岗课赛证”的内涵逻辑,给予了“岗课赛证”四融课程体系实施路径。最后以新疆交通职业技术学院现代物流管理专业为例,构建了“岗课赛证”四融模式下的现代物流管理专业课程体系,并对其进行分析与探讨。The construction of the"post course competition certificate"integrated curriculum system is an important micro grasp to realize the high-quality development of vocational education,which has the practical significance of eliminating the contradiction between talent supply and demand and improving the quality of talent training.Taking the modern logistics management specialty as the starting point,this paper discusses the necessity of the"post course competition certificate"four integration curriculum system,clarifies the connotation logic of"post course competition certificate",and gives the implementation path of the"post course competition certificate"four integration curriculum system.Finally,taking the modern physics management major of Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an example,the curriculum system of modern physics management major under the"post course competition certificate"four integration model is established,and its analysis and discussion are carried out.
