摘  要:残疾人的就业与发展是社会全面进步的标志之一,也是建成小康社会必不可少的条件。新时代,应根据残疾人生理、心理特征决定对职业适应的种类与范围,不断拓展残疾人就业的新渠道,不断增强和完善残疾人的就业能力。文章通过听障大学生就业与发展取得的成绩,以及听障大学生就业现状与问题分析,构建新时代解决听障大学生就业存在问题的策略,真正提升听障大学生的实践技能,实现促进听障生高效就业和身心全面发展的双赢效果。The employment and development of the disabled is one of the symbols of comprehensive social progress,and it is also an indispensable condition for building a well-off society.In the new era,according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the disabled,the types and scope of occupational adaptation are determined,new channels for the employment of the disabled are continuously expanded,and the employability of the disabled is continuously enhanced and improved.Based on the summary of the achievements of the employment and development of hearing-impaired college students,as well as the analysis of their employment status and problems,this paper gives some strategies to solve the employment problems of hearing-impaired college students in the new era,hoping to truly improve their practical skills and achieves a win-win effect of promoting the efficient employment and all-round development of them.
