摘 要:美国社区学院从成立之初就承担了促进教育公平与正义的责任,为美国弱势群体教育做出了贡献。从美国社区学院历史发展的角度出发,总结并借鉴美国社区学院弱势群体教育的经验,提出我国城市弱势群体社区教育需要健全培养机制、广泛开展信息素养技能培训、加强职业技能培训和加大对贫困家庭家长的支持力度等措施,以期改变我国弱势群体在经济、政治、文化等方面的不利地位,促进我国教育的公平与正义。Since its establishment,American community colleges have undertaken the responsibility of promoting educational fairness and justice,and made contributions to the education of vulnerable groups in the United States.From the perspective of the historical development of American community colleges,this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the experience of the education of vulnerable groups in American community colleges,and puts forward that community education of urban vulnerable groups in China needs to improve the training mechanism,widely carry out information literacy skills training,strengthen vocational skills training and increase support for parents of poor families,so as to change the disadvantaged position of vulnerable groups in terms of economy,politics and culture,and promote the fairness and justice of education in China.
