摘  要:提升学生医学英语素质是当前医学院校“双一流”建设的重要路径之一。本研究以福建某医学院校医学英语教学实践为基础,聚焦内容依托式与项目依托式相融合的医学英语教学模式,分析了其教学效果。本研究提出以学科知识为核心优化教学内容、针对医学生设计以内容为依托的项目、使用真实的语言材料构建项目情境和采用内容依托式测试材料评价项目与课程效果等四个实施路径。研究通过问卷调查和半结构访谈,发现该课程教学对学生的知识获得、能力提升和素养提高等三个方面具有积极的影响。期望本研究能为我国的医学英语课程教学提供参考。An important way to build “double world-class” medical universities is to improve students' medical English quality. Based on the practice of medical English teaching in a medical university in Fujian Province, this study focuses on the implementation and evaluation of medical English teaching that integrates content-based instruction and project-based learning. There are four implementation approaches: optimizing teaching content with medical knowledge as the core, designing content-based projects for medical students, constructing project scenarios out of authentic language materials and evaluating the projects and the course with content-based tests. Through a questionnaire survey and semistructured interviews, it is found that the teaching of this course has positive effects on students' knowledge acquisition, competence improvement and quality cultivation. The study may provide reference for the improvement of medical English course teaching.
