优化技术知识开发的教材是技能型社会建设关键实体中介

摘　　要：技能型社会建设可被理解为旨在通过强调技术知识传播,有效培养技能人才并丰富技能组织的社会改良行动,其落地不应局限在传统技能社会建设的体力训练,而应更加关注技术知识在技能人才上的传播、在社会组织的固化、在技能文化的隔代传递等方面的加强。缺乏承载技术知识的实体中介是技能型社会建设的关键难题,而作为全民使用的教材可作为全局性的实体中介,能够消解技能型社会建设的空心化问题。推动技能型社会建设落地生根,亟待优化技术知识进教材,弥补教材不足,关键包括三重策略:科学开发技术知识,确保技能型社会建设落地有具体素材;优化教材呈现逻辑,确保技能型社会建设落地有知识脉络;开展教材知识治理,确保技能型社会建设落地有培养保障。The construction of a skilled society can be understood as a social improvement action aimed at effectively cultivating skilled talents and enriching skilled organizations by emphasizing the dissemination of technological knowledge.Its implementation should not be limited to physical training in traditional skill society construction,but should pay more attention to the dissemination of technical knowledge among skilled talents,the solidification of social organizations,and the strengthening of intergenerational transmission of skill culture.The lack of physical intermediaries that carry technological knowledge is a key challenge in the construction of a skilled society.As a textbook used by the whole people,it can serve as a global entity intermediary and solve the hollow problem of building a skilled society.To promote the construction of a skilled society,it is urgent to optimize the integration of technical knowledge into textbooks and make up for the lack of teaching materials.The key strategies include:scientifically developing technological knowledge and ensuring the implementation of the construction of a skilled society with specific materials;optimize the presentation logic of textbooks and ensure the implementation of skill society construction with knowledge context;carrying out textbook knowledge governance and ensuring the construction of a skilled society with cultivation guarantees.
