摘　　要：高职院校深化产教融合需要在合作产权重组上破局。当前高职院校合作产权重组面临产权归属界定难、产权价值确定难、产权让渡实施难、各方目标统一难等问题,需要定位合作产权政策变革的目标指向、增大高职院校国有资产管理授权、实施合作产权全面保护、引导规范合作产权交易。高职院校需要理性选择合作主体、健全产权让渡流转制度标准、构建多元产权结构形态、建立办学成本分摊及运营收益分配机制、完善内部产权监管体系。To deepen the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges needs to break the situation in the reorganization of cooperative property rights.At present,cooperative property rights reorganization is faced with such problems as the difficulty in defining the ownership of property rights,determining the value of property rights,implementing the transfer of property rights and unifying the goals of all parties.It is necessary to locate the goal of the reform of cooperative property rights policy,increase the authorization of state-owned assets management in higher vocational colleges,implement the comprehensive protection of Cooperative Property Rights,and guide and standardize the transaction of cooperative property rights.Higher vocational colleges need to choose the cooperative subject rationally,perfect the system standard of property rights transfer,construct the multistructure of property rights,set up the mechanism of cost sharing and operating income distribution,and perfect the internal property rights supervision system.
