摘  要:针对高校色彩学相关实验教学内容匮乏且陈旧的现状,设计一种自组装方式并结合电喷法制备结构色以及与印刷色实现“同色异谱”的实验,实验主要采用Stöber法来合成纳米级SiO_(2)微球;为实现结构色的调色和控色,使用盐酸多巴胺对SiO_(2)微球表面进行改性以制得SiO_(2)@PDA复合微球,并对其形貌、结构、组成等进行一系列测试表征。基于改性后的复合微球采用电喷法制得结构色色块,并与喷墨印刷色实现“同色异谱”。该实验的教学设计,有利于提升学生探索自然界、开展仿生材料研究的兴趣,培养其创新研究的基础能力和实验技能。In view of the current situation that the experimental teaching content related to color science in colleges is deficient and outdated,the design adopts a self-assembly method and combines the electronic injection method to prepare structural colors,as well as to achieve the experiment of“metamerism”with printed colors,and the teaching design of the experiment can enhance the students’interest in exploring the natural world,conducting research on bionic materials,and cultivating their basic ability and experimental skills for innovative research.The experiment mainly uses the Stöber method to synthesize nanoscale Si O_(2)microspheres.In order to realize the color adjustment and control of structural color,the surface of SiO_(2)microspheres is modified with DA-HCl to obtain SiO_(2)@PDA.The morphology,structure and composition of the composite microspheres are characterized by a series of tests.Then,based on the modified composite microspheres,the structural color blocks are prepared by the electronic injection method,and achieve“metamerism”with the ink-jet printing color.
