摘  要:随着城乡一体化进程的进行,随迁子女的教育问题逐渐成为社会各界的关注热点。在成长关键期,随迁子女脱离原有的生存环境,前往资源及办学条件更好的城市学习生活,又能避免隔代教育的不足。但就分析看来,随迁子女短期内难以适应教学改变,容易产生学习焦虑,影响在校行为表现等,难以融入教育环境,使随迁子女在城市生活中处于劣势。随迁进城究竟是机遇还是挑战,本研究以抗逆力理论为介入视角,以F市某随迁子女小学为研究地点,通过在校内开展学校社工服务,帮助随迁子女实现教育融入,更好地适应城市生活,健康成长。With the process of urban and rural integration,the education of migrant children has gradually becomes a hot topic.In the critical period of growth,migrant children are separated from the original living environment and go to cities with better resources and school conditions to study and live,and to avoid the shortage of intergenerational education.However,according to the analysis,migrant children are difficult to adapt to teaching changes in a short period of time,easy to produce learning anxiety,affect school behavior performance,etc.,it is difficult to integrate into the education environment,and make migrant children at a disadvantage in urban life.Moving to cities is an opportunity or a challenge?From the perspective of resilience theory,this study takes a primary school of migrant children in F city as the research site,and helps migrant children to integrate into education,better adapt to urban life and grow up healthily by carrying out school social work services in the school.
