摘　　要：自健康中国发展战略实施以来,国家不断完善国民健康政策,为人民群众提供全方位的健康服务。公共体育教学是促进大学生健康水平提升的重要教育方式,在当前健康中国发展背景下,我国高校公共体育教学工作会迎来前所未有的发展与挑战。为此,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对当前高校公共体育教学存在的问题进行分析,提出健康中国背景下高校公共体育深度教学优化措施,旨在有效促进高校公共体育教学创新,全面激发大学生参与体育学习的兴趣,为国家打造健康中国助力。Since the implementation of the development strategy of Healthy China,the nation has constantly improved national health policies to provide a full range of health services for the people.Public PE teaching is an important educational way to promote the health level of college students,and under the background of the current development of healthy China,college public physical education in China will usher in unprecedented development and challenges.To this end,the article uses the literature method and other research methods to analyze the current problems in college public PE teaching,puts forward the optimization measures for the in-depth teaching of university public physical education under the background of healthy China,aiming to effectively promote the innovation of university public PE teaching,fully stimulate college students'interest in participating in PE learning,and help the country build healthy China.
