摘　　要：浅圆仓是目前粮库新仓建设的主流仓型,本文主要论述了浅圆仓的仓储配套设施与其相互组合组成的仓储作业工艺,具体包括粮情测控、通风与环流、进出仓、气调与熏蒸、控温与补冷等系统的组成,布置原则与注意事项和不同仓储作业的工艺流程,可为浅圆仓储粮仓储配套的合理设计与布置、仓储作业方案的制定与实施提供一定的参考。Squat silo is the main type of new warehouse construction in Chinese grain storage industry nowadays.This paper mainly described the storage matching facilities and the corresponding storage operation process composed by the mutual combination of them in shallow squat silos,including the composition,arrangement principles and precautions of monitoring and control systemof stored-grain condition,ventilation and circulation,grain loading and unloading system,controlled atmosphere and fumigation,temperature control and cooling supplement system and the process flow of different storage operations,which can provide some references for the reasonable design and layout of grain storage facilities in shallow squat silos,and the formulation and implementation of grain storage operation scheme as well.
