榫卯结构在拆装家具中的设计创新与实践

摘　　要：互联网经济下对实木家具提出了可拆装与平板包装的要求,限制了传统榫卯结构的应用,给榫卯结构的传承带来了很大的挑战。本文以传统榫卯结构为研究对象,分别从榫卯类型、连接方式、自锁类型、结合类型、拆装特点5个方面对传统拆装式榫卯结构进行整理与分析,并从传承与创新的角度,针对不同类型榫卯的特点,提出了古法传承、旧法新用、古今结合和融合创新四个可拆装榫卯结构家具创新设计方法,并进行了设计实践。为探索榫卯结构在现代可拆装家具中的设计与创新提供了方法与思路。Under the Internet economy,the requirements for the disassembly and flat packaging of solid wood furniture make the application of traditional mortise and tenon structure less and less,which brings great challenges to the inheritance of mortise and tenon structure.Taking the traditional mortise and tenon structure as the research object from the perspective of detachable,this paper arranges and analyzes the traditional disassembly and assembly mortise and tenon structure from five aspects:type,connection mode,self-locking type,combination type,and detachable characteristics.From the perspective of inheritance and innovation,according to the characteristics of different types of mortises and tenons,this paper puts forward the inheritance of ancient methods and the new application of old methods,combining and integrating ancient and modern innovative design methods for four detachable mortise and tenon structure furniture.It provides methods and ideas for exploring the design and innovation of mortise and tenon structures in modern detachable furniture.
