摘  要:在三轴燃气轮机串级PID-MPC控制器设计基础上,提出了一种基于多模型的主动容错控制方案。首先对标典型的燃气轮机故障特征,构建表征不同燃气轮机故障的预测模型。然后在每个仿真步长内根据设计的决策逻辑,实时选择与当前燃气轮机适配度最好的模型,并通过切换逻辑保证控制器输出的平稳性。最后对燃气轮机部件级模型进行故障注入仿真。结果表明在预测模型有较大的失配情况下,所设计的控制器能够对预测模型进行实时切换,并且保证平稳地输出燃油流量,验证了所设计控制方案的有效性。Based on the design of cascade PID-MPC controller for three-shaft gas turbine,an active fault tolerant control scheme based on multi-model was proposed.Firstly,the typical fault types of gas turbine were compared,and the predictive models representing different faults were constructed.Then,in each simulation step,according to the designed decision logic,the model with the best fit with the current engine was selected in real time,and the stability of the controller output was ensured by switching logic.Finally,through the fault injection simulation of the gas turbine component level model.The results show that in the case of large mismatch of the predictive model,the designed controller can switch the prediction model in real time,and ensure the smooth output of fuel flow,which verifies the effectiveness of the designed control scheme.
