摘　　要：此文探讨了目前中医住院医师规范化培训过程中存在的问题及解决这些问题的方案,目的是寻找培养符合临床需要的合格中医人才的最佳途径。如何在培训周期内提高中医住院医师规范化培训的质量,使规培生成长为具备独立处理临床常见病、多发病的能力,完成向一名合格的住院医师的转变,是现阶段规培定点医院迫切需要解决的问题。This paper discusses the problems existing in the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine residents and the solutions to these problems,in order to explore the best way to train qualified Chinese medicine personnel.How to improve the quality of standardized training for residents of traditional Chinese medicine in the training cycle,so that the trainees can grow up to be able to deal with common clinical diseases and frequently-occurring diseases independently,and complete the transition to a qualified resident,it is an urgent problem to be solved at the present stage.
