摘　　要：针灸学是一门以经络腧穴理论为基础,实践性很强的临床医学学科,要求学生能够理论联系实践完成专业知识的学习。腧穴解剖结构是针灸理论的主要内容,肌骨超声可对肌肉、肌腱、韧带、神经等组织进行成像,已广泛应用于临床与教学。针对肌骨超声的优势和CBL教学模式的特点,将肌骨超声引入CBL教学模式中,可推动临床情景式、病案驱动式教学改革,提高针灸科临床实践教学质量。Acupuncture and moxibustion is a highly practical and hands-on clinical subject that is based on the theory of meridians and acupoints.It requires students to be able to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application when they complete their professional training.Anatomical structure of acupoints is the main content of acupuncture theory.Musculoskeletal ultrasound can produce images of muscles,tendons,ligaments,nerves and other tissues,and has been widely used in clinical practice and teaching.Based on the advantages of musculoskeletal ultrasound and the characteristics of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method,musculoskeletal ultrasound technique can be combined with CBL teaching to introduce clinical situational teaching and case study analysis-driven teaching reforms.This will ultimately improve the clinical teaching quality of department of acupuncture and moxibustion.
