摘 要:目的 探讨Seminar教学法在中医骨伤科学课程中的应用效果。方法 选取2019级广西中医药大学中医学专业的2个班级,1班为实验组,采取Seminar教学模式,2班为对照组,采取传统课堂讲授教学模式,2组的教学内容均为中医骨伤科学。课程教学结束后,通过对比、分析2组的平时成绩与总成绩、学生对课程的满意度以及学习兴趣、基础知识掌握程度、临床沟通能力、临床思维能力的问卷调查得分进行应用效果评价。结果 实验组的学生考试成绩、满意度及教学效果调查问卷得分均高于对照组。结论 Seminar教学法在中医骨伤科学课程教学中应用显示出良好的效果,增强了学生的学习兴趣、基础知识掌握程度、临床沟通能力及临床思维能力。Objective To explore the application effect of Seminar teaching method in the course of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Two classes of Grade 2019 in Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine majoring in traditional Chinese medicine were selected.Class 1 was the experimental group with Seminar teaching mode,and class 2 was the control group with traditional classroom teaching mode.The teaching contents of the two groups were orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine.After the course teaching,the application effect is evaluated by comparing and analyzing the final exam scores of the two classes,students’satisfaction with the course,learning interest,basic knowledge mastery,clinical communication ability,clinical thinking ability,etc.questionnaire survey scores.Results The test scores,satisfaction and questionnaire scores of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The Seminar teaching method has shown good results in the teaching of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine,enhancing students’interest in learning,mastery of basic knowledge,clinical communication skills,and clinical thinking skills.
