摘  要:饲料经青贮发酵后柔软多汁、气味酸香、适口性好,不但能增加牲畜的采食量,而且能保存维生素、绝大部分的碳水化合物和蛋白质。乳酸菌可以把营养物质初步消化,能提高饲料的消化率。笔者将花葵一科峰K31和油葵一凯福瑞美人心这2个品种葵花盘进行青贮,对比其发酵品质和营养成分,以期筛选出品质更好的葵花盘青贮品种。试验结果表明,2处理组感官评定结果均为优等,但花葵一科峰K31处理组的颜色和气味略好于油葵一凯福瑞美人心处理组;用花葵一科峰K31为原料制作的青贮发酵饲料营养价值更高。After silage fermentation,the feed is soft and juicy,sour and fragrant,good palatability,can increase the feed intake of live stock,and can preserve vitamins,most of the carbohydrates and proteins.Lactic acid bacteria can initially digest the nutrients and im-prove the digestibility of feed.In this paper,the fermentation quality and nutrient composition of sunflower pan silage of Huakui-Kefeng K31 and Youkui-Kefuremeixin were compared,in order to screen out the sunflower pan silage varieties with better quality.The experi-mental results showed that the sensory evaluation results of the two treatment groups were excellent,but the color and odo of the Huakui-Kefeng K31 treatment group were slightly better than that of the oilkui-Kefremei treatment group.The silage fermented feed made from Huakui Kefeng K31 has higher nutritional value.
