摘  要:面对日趋复杂的社会环境,培养具有跨学科素养的复合型创新人才是本科教育改革的重要路向。然而作为跨学科人才培养的一种方式,我国在探索实施跨学科项目学习时存在诸多问题亟待解决。跨学科项目学习以项目为载体,通过多学科知识的学习和相关主题的深入探究,提升学生对复杂现实问题的理解与解决能力。美国研究型大学作为本科教育改革的先行者,在开展本科跨学科项目学习时强调以现实问题为驱动,改变了传统的教学模式,以学生为中心,产出具有整合性的学习成果,并通过多元化评价主体、评价内容、评价方法衡量学生跨学科素养和问题解决能力的培养。借鉴美国高校的经验,我国高校可开发多元化本科生跨学科项目,实施以学生为中心的本科跨学科项目教学,产出具有创造性与耦合性的跨学科学习成果,建立健全本科跨学科项目学习成效评价体系,借由本科跨学科项目学习培养复合型创新人才。Facing the increasingly complex social environment,it is an important direction for undergraduate education reform to cultivate interdisciplinary innovative talents.However,as a way of cultivating interdisciplinary talents,there are many problems that need to be solved when exploring and implementing interdisciplinary project-based learning mode in China.Interdisciplinary project-based learning uses projects as a carrier to enhance students'understanding and ability to solve complex and realistic problems through multidisciplinary knowledge learning and in-depth exploration of relevant topics.As a pioneer in undergraduate education reform,American research universities emphasize the driving force of practical issues when carrying out undergraduate interdisciplinary project-based learning,changing the traditional teaching model to be student-centered which can produces integrated learning outcomes,and measuring the cultivation of students'interdisciplinary literacy and problem-solving abilities through diverse evaluation subjects,evaluation content,and evaluation methods.Drawing on the experience of American universities,Chinese universities can develop diversified undergraduate interdisciplinary programs,implement student-centered undergraduate interdisciplinary project teaching,produce creative and coupling interdisciplinary learning outcomes,establish and improve the undergraduate interdisciplinary project-based learning effectiveness evaluation system,and cultivate interdisciplinary innovative talents through undergraduate interdisciplinary project-based learning.
