摘  要:随着中国“科技强国”和“交通强国”等战略的深入推进,铁路事业高质量发展全面展开,高速铁路线路工程技术取得举世瞩目的成就;同时,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,亟需总结既有成果,梳理技术发展方向和研究重点,持续攻关,争取更大的发展。本文概述了中国铁路线路工程的主要技术成就,结合当前国内国际形势提出了高速铁路线路工程“更高速、更智能、低碳绿色、更安全、更舒适”的发展方向,围绕CR450科创工程和重大铁路建设,提出了下步的工作重点,可为创新平台布局与科研课题立项提供参考。With the in-depth promotion of China’s“strong country in technology”and“strong country in transportation”strategies,the high-quality development of the railway industry has been comprehensively promoted,and the high speed railway line engineering technologies have made world-renowned achievements.At the same time,a great change in the world not seen in a century are accelerating and a new round of technological revolution and industrial changes are developing deeply,so there is an urgent need to summarize the existing achievements,sort out the direction of technological development and research priorities,and continue to tackle the problems for greater development.This paper outlines the main technical achievements of China’s railway line engineering,combining with the current domestic and international situation,put forward the development direction of high speed railway line engineering:“more high speed,more intelligent,low-carbon green,more secure,more comfortable”.At the same time,around the CR450 science and innovation project and major railway construction,the next work priorities were proposed,which can provide reference for the layout of the innovation platform and the establishment of scientific research topics.
