摘 要:高中学生综合素质评价校本化实施中的偏离现象,表现为评价实施的机械化、评价内容的“漂浮”、评价中存在应试倾向等,导致综合素质评价的育人价值并未充分实现。综合素质评价校本化实施应依据学校条件、优势及学生整体情况,设计具有学校特色的评价方案,将评价结果用于学校教育教学改进和学生发展,将学生发展中的不确定性转化为可能性与动力。高中学校应贯彻学生综合素质培养—评价一体化原则,注重在学校课程与活动中培养学生综合素质,并以表现性评价收集学生的过程性资料,同时还应加强对高中教师的相关专业培训和指导。The school-based implementation of the general high school student comprehensive quality evaluation has deviated.This is manifested in the mechanization of students'comprehensive quality evaluation,the"floating"evaluation content,and the tendency to take exams.As a result,the educational value of the evaluation has not been fully realized.The school-based implementation of student comprehensive quality evaluation should take into account the school characteristics,advantages and overall situation of students in general high school.It should design an evaluation program with school characteristics,apply the evaluation results to school education improvement and student development,and transform the uncertainty of student development into its possibility and motivation.General high schools should follow the principle that students'comprehensive quality of"being educated and evaluated integratively",cultivate students'comprehensive quality in school courses and activities,and collect the process data of developing students'comprehensive quality through performance assessment.Meanwhile,they should strengthen the relevant training and guidance for general high schools and teachers.
