摘　　要：近年来,在经济的迅猛发展下,人们的生活质量水平得到大幅提升,人们对于食品安全的关注度也越来越高。食品安全问题成为了各界人士的关注点,为了提高食品安全质量,保障人们的身体健康,就必须对食品中存在的添加剂和化学残留物进行检测,使其维持在一个安全标准范围内。而电化学分析法在保健食品检测中具有较高的应用效果,其能有效检测出大量食品添加剂和化学物质的含量,促进食品安全工作的发展。基于此,本文阐述了我国保健食品检测技术的应用现状,同时提出了电化学分析法在保健食品检测中的应用策略,以期为提高食品检测效果、保障食品安全提供借鉴。In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy,the quality of life of the grassroots people has been greatly improved.People are paying more and more attention to food safety.Food safety has become the focus of people from all walks of life.In order to improve the quality of food safety and ensure people’s health,it is necessary to detect the additives and chemical residues in food to maintain them within a safe standard.The electrochemical analysis method has high application effect in the detection of health food,which can effectively detect the content of a large number of food additives and chemicals,and promote the development of food safety work.Based on this,this paper describes the application status of health food detection technology in China,and puts forward the application strategy of electrochemical analysis in health food detection,in order to provide reference for improving food detection effect and ensuring food safety.
