摘  要:目的:运用气相色谱-串联质谱结合QuEChERS建立快速检测火腿中4种有机磷类农药残留量的方法。方法:样品加入乙腈萃取,用N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、十八烷基键合硅胶(C_(18))、石墨化碳黑固相分散填料净化,在多反应监测模式下分析检测。结果:该方法的检出限为0.13~0.61μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.43~2.06μg·kg^(-1);在0.005~0.500 mg·L^(-1)线性范围内,相关系数均不低于0.99;0.015 mg·kg^(-1)、0.060 mg·kg^(-1)、0.300 mg·kg^(-1)3个加标浓度的平均回收率均在68.7%~96.5%,RSD均小于5%。结论:该方法简单、快速、安全且重现性好,适用于火腿类食品中多种有机磷类农药残留检测。Objective:A rapid method was developed for the determination of four organophosphorus pesticide residues in ham by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry combined with QuEChERS.Method:The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and purified with N-propyl ethylenediamine(PSA),octadecyl bonded silica gel(C_(18)),and graphitized carbon black solid phase dispersion fillers,the detection mode was multiple reaction monitoring.Result:The limit of detection of the established method were in the range of 0.13~0.61μg·kg^(-1),and the limit of quantification were between 0.43μg·kg^(-1) and 2.06μg·kg^(-1).The correlation coefficients were not less than 0.99 in the range of 0.005~0.500 mg·L^(-1).The average recoveries of the three spiked concentrations of 0.015 mg·kg^(-1),0.060 mg·kg^(-1),and 0.300 mg·kg^(-1) were between 68.7%and 96.5%,and the RSD were less than 5%.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,safe and reproducible,so it is suitable for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in ham samples.
