摘  要:长征系列火箭已经进入高密度研制和发射时代,但由于动力系统故障导致发射任务失败的情况时有发生。随着新一代液体运载火箭对高效率、高可靠要求不断提升,中国运载火箭故障适应性不足的问题日益凸显。以新一代中型液体运载火箭发动机故障为研究对象,按照在线故障诊断、任务重构以及制导姿控律重构的故障应对流程,构建了故障诊断和容错重构的总体方案,有效提升了火箭对发动机故障的适应性,为进一步打造智慧火箭奠定基础。Long March launch vehicle family has entered a new era of high frequency manufacturer and launch.Meanwhile,launch failure which caused by propulsion system malfunctions takes place sometimes these years.As the demand for high-efficiency and high-reliability launch vehicles continues to increase in the future,the problems of weak fault adaptability of Chinese liquid launch vehicles have become increasingly prominent.Engine fault is taken as main body of research,general design plan of detection and reconstruction system are carried out for new generation medium launch vehicles,which in accordance with procedure of onboard fault detection,mission reconstruction and guidance and control law reconstruction.Engine fault adaptability of launch vehicle is promoted by this detection and reconstruction system plan which provides technical support and foundation for the building a smart launcher modified foundation.
