摘 要:培养新时代拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设高校的立根之基和存续之源。知识生产与拔尖创新人才培养具有内在契合性,其生成逻辑和发展规律是人才培养质量改革和转型升级的关键所在,也即实现理念设计从学术主导到知识应用、学科结构从单一学科到多学科协作、教学范式从意义讲授到探究互补、知识生产主体从产教二元分割到共同体构建的逻辑转向。与之相应,“双一流”建设高校需进一步厘清拔尖创新人才培养标准,守卫、勘定拔尖创新人才智慧发展空间,以反思性教学和项目化学习重构教学共同体,打造“政-校-企”生态循环系统和产教融合“握手区”。Cultivating top-notch innovative talents is the foundation and source of survival for the construction of“double first-class”universities.Knowledge production is intrinsically compatible with top-notch innovative talent training,and its generative logic and development law are the key to the quality reform and transformation of talent training.That is to realize the logical transformation of concept design from academic dominance to knowledge application,discipline structure from single discipline to multi-discipline collaboration,teaching paradigm from meaning teaching to inquiry complementarity,and knowledge production subject from the dual division of production and education to the construction of community.Accordingly,"double first-class"universities need to further clarify the training standards for top-notch innovative talents,guard and determine the space for the intelligent development of top-notch innovative talents,reconstruct the teaching community with reflective teaching and project-based learning,and build the“gov-ernment-school-enterprise”ecological circulation system and the“handshake area”of industry-education integration.
