摘 要:专业学位研究生教育是我国培养高层次应用型专门人才的主渠道,在专业学位研究生培养教育中,思想政治教育是重要内容之一。基于协同视角,由于专业学位研究生思想政治教育协同系统的不完善,导致运行机制难以适应主客体变化、实施过程未能形成有效的育人合力、显隐性教育结合不够影响教育效果,引发了专业学位研究生思想政治教育“培养理念与育人目标不契合”“队伍建设与育人需求不匹配”“教育内容与学习主体不适应”等现实困境。在新形势下,坚持系统开放、发挥“序参量”作用,从“机制协同、队伍协同、内容协同”等三个方面实现“同向着力、同向发力、同向加力”,推动专业学位研究生思想政治教育工作形成协同效应,实现专业学位研究生教育高质量发展。Professional degree postgraduate education has become the main channel for the country to train high-level applied professional talents.Ideological and political education is one of the important contents in the professional degree postgraduate education system.Based on collaborative perspective,the ideological and political education for professional degree postgraduates has internalized dilemmas such as"the conception of education not in line with the goal","the strength of education not match the needs",and"the content of education not adapted to the subject".It is resulted in such as"the operating mechanism is difficult to adapt to changes in the subject and object","the implementation process fails to form an effective educational force",and"the combination of explicit and implicit education is not enough to affect the effect of education".In the new stage of development,using systematic and open thinking and making"order parameter"work,it realizes"cohesion,peer assistance,and force in the same direction"from the three aspects of"mechanism coordination,team coordination,and content coordination",which effectively solve the realistic dilemma of ideological and political education for professional degree graduate students.
