双循环经济格局下日语人才社会需求的大数据分析

摘　　要：在双循环经济发展新格局下,重新把握我国社会的外语人才需求,是确保高校外语人才培养实现精准服务经济社会发展不可或缺的环节之一。为了揭示新经济发展格局下我国社会对日语人才的知识、能力及素养等的新要求,对2021年度我国主要招聘网站的人才招聘信息进行大数据分析发现:日语人才的需求方不再局限于外资企业或合资企业,中国民营企业产生了接近一半的人才需求;复合型日语人才的需求量占比远高于以单一的日语语言能力为核心竞争力的人才需求;用人单位对日语人才的外语语种需求集中在日语和英语;用人单位特别重视日语人才的“责任心”“团队合作”等语言以外的职业能力和素养。基于此,对高校日语教育的改革和发展提出针对性建议。Under the new development landscape of the dual circulation economy,recapturing the demand for foreign language talents becomes indispensable for ensuring that colleges and universities conduct effective training and education to promote economic and social development.In order to reveal the new requirements of Chinese Society for the knowledge,ability and competence of Japanese-speaking talents under the new economic landscape,the study conducts big data analysis on the recruitment information of major recruitment websites in China in 2021.The results show that,firstly,the demand side of Japanese-speaking employees is no longer limited to foreign-funded enterprises or joint ventures,and nearly half of the demand is generated by Chinese private enterprises;Secondly,the demand of multi-skilled Japanese-speaking employees is much higher than that of Japanese language ability as the core competitiveness;Thirdly,the abilities of Japanese and English are mainly demanded for Japanese-speaking employees;Fourthly,professional ability and quality beyond language like "sense of responsibility" and "teamwork" are paid more attention by employers.Based on these research findings,the study puts forward several suggestions for the reform and development of higher Japanese language education.
