摘 要:中职生的升学意愿不仅直接影响我国中高职衔接,而且从侧面反映出我国职业教育的诸多问题。依据扎根理论处理分析资料,通过对4所中职学校10位中职生的深度访谈,构建出中职生升学意愿影响机制模型,研究发现,中职生的升学意愿受到预期升学收益、个体差异、重要他人、内部环境、外部环境、国家宏观政策等六个因素的影响。基于中职生升学意愿影响机制模型,国家应完善职教高考制度,打通职业教育人才成长通道;学校应引进优质师资,设计相关课程,全面开设职业生涯规划教育;家庭应树立终身教育理念,改进家庭教育方式等,以促进我国中高职人才衔接,提升人才培养质量。The willingness of secondary vocational school students to go on to higher education not only directly affects the articulation between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges in China,but also reflects many problems of vocational education in China from the other aspects.It is found that the willingness of secondary vocational school students to go on to higher education is influenced by six factors:expected benefits of going on to higher education,individual differences,significant others,internal environment,external environment,and national macro policies.Based on the model of the influencing mechanism of secondary vocational school students'willingness to higher education,the nation should improve the system of vocational education college entrance examination and open up the channel for the growth of vocational education talents;schools should introduce high-quality teachers,design related courses,and offer career planning education comprehensively;families should establish the concept of lifelong education and improve the method of family education,etc.,in order to promote the articulation of talents between secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges in China and improve talent training quality.
