摘 要:管道泄漏是天然气管网系统运行过程中常见的故障之一,准确、快速地对泄漏点进行定位是及时发现并预防安全事故扩张的重要举措。为此,首先提出了考虑基准点—修正点两阶段的天然气管道泄漏定位新框架;其次,基于时域有限差分法构建了含伪泄漏点的天然气管道状态估计模型并采用联邦卡尔曼滤波器求解估计序列,并得到基准点;最后,定义了泄漏条件可信度对估计序列进行时延—分布一致性度量,作为权重得到修正点,实现了天然气管道的泄漏定位。研究结果表明:①所提出的天然气管道两阶段泄漏定位方法可以实现对管道微小泄漏(2%)的有效定位,解决了传统的基准点定位方法与空间步长选取强相关的问题;②所提出的联邦卡尔曼滤波信息分配系数设定方法,解决了因观测路径不同导致的子滤波器观测噪声差异问题;③所提出的基于动态时间规整算法的时延度量方法,可定量描述完整的泄漏量估计序列的响应速度;④所提出的基于时延—分布一致性度量的条件可信度权重概念,可以将泄漏量估计序列的时间信息与波形信息解耦并分别量化,能有效反映出泄漏发生在不同序列对应的伪泄漏点之间的依赖关系。结论认为,该方法提高了管道泄漏的检测、识别、定位的速度与精度,为天然气管道的泄漏定位提供了理论与技术支撑,具有重要的经济价值与社会效益。Pipeline leakage is one of the common failures in the operation process of a natural gas pipeline network system.An important measure to discover safety accidents in time and prevent their expansion is to locate leakage points accurately and quickly.In this paper,a new framework of two-stage natural gas pipeline leakage locations considering base point and correction point is firstly put forward.Then,a state estimation model of natural gas pipeline with hypothetical leakage points is established based on the finite-difference timedomain method,and the federated Kalman filter is used to calculate the estimation sequence and obtain the base point.Finally,leakage conditional credibility is defined to measure the time delay-distribution consistence of the estimation sequence,and it is used as a weight to obtain the correction point.Thus,the leakage location of a natural gas pipeline is realized.And the following research results are obtained.First,the proposed two-stage natural gas pipeline leakage locating method can effectively locate pipeline micro-leakage(2%),and solve the problem that the traditional base point locating method is strongly related to the selection of space interval.Second,the proposed setting method of information distribution coefficient of federated Kalman filter solves the problem that sub-filters get different noise observation results due to different observation paths.Third,the proposed time delay measurement method based on dynamic time warping algorithm can quantitatively describe the response speed of the whole leakage estimation sequence.Fourth,the proposed concept of conditional credibility weight based on time delay-distribution consistence measurement can decouple and quantify the time information and wave information of leakage estimation sequence respectively,which can effectively reflect the dependency relationship between hypothetical leakage points corresponding to the leakages in different sequences.In conclusion,this method improves the speed and accuracy of pipeline leakage d
