摘 要:酸化是油井增产、水井增注的重要措施。在酸化过程中,由于地层的非均质性,酸液容易进入渗透率较高的地层,难以波及低渗层,达不到预期的增产增注目的。乳状液既具有一定的黏度同时在地下可以产生贾敏效应,依靠这两个机理,解堵期间可以实现选择性封堵高渗层,改善非均质性地层的布酸效果。因此本课题利用增加纳米材料来强化乳状液分流暂堵转向性能。并通过室内研究优选出一种疏水型纳米材料可以有效的提高乳状液的稳定性及黏度,结合不同渗透率岩心进行驱替室内研究,最终形成一种新型的纳米乳状液分流转向体系,并通过现场应用情况,得到初步的成果,具有很好的市场推广前景。Acidizing is an important measure to increase oil well production and water well injection.In the process of acidizing,due to the heterogeneity of the formation,the acid liquid is easy to enter the formation with high permeability,difficult to spread to the low permeability formation,and cannot achieve the expected purpose of increasing production and injection.Emulsion not only has certain viscosity,but also can produce Jamin effect underground.Relying on these two mechanisms,the high permeability layer can be selectively blocked during unplugging and the acid distribution effect of heterogeneous formation can be improved.Therefore,the performance of using nano material reinforced emulsion as acid to temporarily block steering was studied.Through laboratory research,a hydrophobic nanomaterial is optimized,which can effectively improve the stability and viscosity of emulsion.By combining with core displacement with different permeability,laboratory research is carried out,and a new type of diverting and steering system of nano emulsion is finally formed.Preliminary results are obtained through field application,which has a good market promotion prospect.
