产教融合视角下新型职业农民培养存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：加强产教融合在提高农业生产整体效率、满足农民实际需求和增加农民收入方面发挥着重要作用。其主要目的是提高新型职业农民的综合素质和竞争力,推动农业现代化和乡村振兴,为实现农业可持续发展、农民致富增收和建设美丽乡村作出贡献。基于此,本文针对产教融合视角下的新型职业农民培养所存在的问题进行探讨,并提出具体的对策及建议。Strengthening integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities can play an important role in improving the overall efficiency of agricultural production,meeting the actual needs of farmers,and increasing farmers'income.Its main purpose is to promote the integration and development of rural industries,and to conduct research on the cultivation of new vocational farmers.This requires researchers to devote more time and energy to studying the ways and methods of integrating industry and education,and adjust the research direction and content based on the actual situation of regional agricultural production.Based on this,this article explores the research on the cultivation of new vocational farmers under the concept of integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities and proposes specific research strategies.
