智能技术背景下软件关怀促进老年人继续社会化研究

摘　　要：智能技术已经融入我们的生活,但老年人在使用智能技术产品时仍力不从心,阻碍了他们继续社会化。智能技术背景下老年人继续社会化存在诸如难以掌握智能技术,产生家庭代际冲突,陷入数字鸿沟等困难。软件关怀可帮助老年人使用智能技术产品,提升他们的数字化生存能力,帮助他们融入家庭与社会,进一步消解数字鸿沟,享受智能生活。从软件关怀的角度考虑,老年人继续社会化可通过以下途径实现:设计符合老年人认知特征的软件,消除老年人对智能技术产品的恐惧,软件设计要满足老年人生活实际需求。It is sure that smart technology has entered into our lives.However,the elderly are still unable to use smart technology products,which may prevent them from continuing to make social contacts.Under the context of smart technology,the elderly may encounter with some difficulties.They are difficult to master smart technology,create intergenerational conflicts in families and fall into the digital gaps.Then,software care can help the elderly use smart technology products and enhance their digital survivability.On the other hand,software care also help them integrate into their families and society.Therefore,they could better to enjoy smart life.From the perspective of software care,the continued socialization of the elderly can be realized through the following ways.It is important to design software to satisfy the elderly s cognitive characteristics and eliminate their fear of intelligent technology productsy.
