摘  要:以工程教育专业认证为背景,文章介绍了某高校应用化学专业解决了人才培养标准和运行体系与国际标准对接,全面系统的设计制定了与《华盛顿协议》实质等效的人才培养标准所取得的实践经验及根据成果导向教育理念,构建了新的课程体系和教学运行机制,采用课程考核综合分析法和问卷调查法对人才培养质量进行客观评价,切实提高了应用化学专业的人才培养质量。Based on the professional certification of engineering education,this paper introduces the practical experience gained by a university’s applied chemistry major in solving the problem of the docking of talent training standards and operation system with international standards,comprehensively and systematically designing and developing the talent training standards essentially equivalent to the Washington Agreement,and constructing a new curriculum system and teaching operation mechanism according to the results-oriented education concept.The comprehensive analysis method of curriculum assessment and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the quality of talent training,which effectively improved the quality of talent training of applied chemistry major.
